While this may be true, it’s hard not to take a second look at this idea with the FBI director and another government department giving it credence. For the time being the word of most other government agencies and most scientists is still that it did not happen, so I’m going with that. Personally, I wonder how credible a department focused on energy is on this kind of issue, although there must be some reason why they gave their input on it.
