Sorry to see you getting torn down by so many people here. Unfortunately that’s to be expected with the particular makeup of the audience on Medium.

I think you make a number of good points, and I agree that transwomen should not compete alongside cisgender women in sports, nor transmen in cisgender men’s sports. It’s not hateful to say that. It’s just practical; the results of trying it have spoken. Probably the best that can be done is to have transwomen compete against each other exclusively, same for transmen.

I’ll call a transman a man and a transwoman a woman. But in the end, one’s bodily reality is non-negotiable, and ties to a number of significant events in daily life like the ones you listed, such as breastfeeding.
