Regarding this, I believe that sort of “racist” material is still permissible — Jeff Dunham is one example, and also Dave Chappelle. The rule of thumb is that if you are going to use that kind of material, you have to be ready to do the same regarding your own race, gender etc. Otherwise yes, you come off as being biased against other groups.
