Equity takes the “all” out of equality. One’s race and gender should never play a role in the level of assistance they receive in education, hiring, medical care etc.

I believe that one can be woke without being for race-based preferential treatment and cancelling/firing anyone who questions such treatment, which is why, for anyone who supports such things, I put the word “woke” in quotation marks. For my part, I am glad to see the pushback against “wokeism” that has been taking place. It needs to go.
