At several points, you pose the idea that whites in America oppose CRT because it’s a threat to their supremacy. I think that for the majority of white Americans, there’s little that could be further from the truth; what they want is not to be treated differently from others based on their race. That is, in fact, what many racially-focused social activists support.

Race-based equity, for instance, takes a superficial trait and portrays it as a crucial necessity to equality. I often say that equity takes the “all” out of equality. Do you give more assistance to a wealthy black person than to a poor white person because of a past societal injustice that may not have involved either of them?

People often speak about racism being “embedded” in our medical care, courts, etc. But with the exception of the NFL’s race-norming practice that was recently revealed and abandoned, I can’t think of any codified racial practice in our institutions that favors whites over blacks or other non-whites. Unequal outcomes between racial groups does not automatically equate to racism.
